Bree joined Held Law Firm as a law clerk in 2022. During her time as a law clerk, she fell in love with the intersection of family law and criminal matters. Bree strives to be a zealous advocate for domestic violence victims, children, and those who are underrepresented in the legal field.
Bree earned her BA in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida, with honors, in 2020. She earned her JD, magna cum laude, at Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in 2023. Bree was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in November 2023.
While in law school, she competed in several Moot Court competitions, one, in which, she defeated Yale Law School's team. She has served on the executive board for Moot Court and the Women of Law Society.
